Introduction to Cloud Computing

This is an introductory course into the world of cloud computing which has empowered both large and small companies to leverage traditional data center physical resources in an abstract manner in the cloud. Beyond the introductory definition of cloud computing concepts, this course will also focus on fundamental cloud computing principles like Data Migration, Serverless design pattern, storage, scalability and Capital Expenditure vs Operational Expenditure patterns. The course is intended to be cloud vendor agnostic, but AWS will be used to convene examples on how to implement some of the cloud computing design patterns.
